What We Offer.
And What We Don’t.
We believe the most powerful thing we can offer any player is the truth. Here is exactly what you get when you join a TM17pro program — and what we will never promise you.
We Say What We Mean.
We Mean What We Say.
Most soccer camp marketing looks the same. Ours doesn’t — because we’d rather tell you the truth and earn your trust than impress you with promises we can’t keep.
What We Offer
UEFA-licensed coaches. DFB framework methodology. The same system that rebuilt German youth soccer — applied directly to your player, in your city.
No participation trophies. Your player will hear exactly what they’re doing well and exactly what needs to change. That directness is what accelerates real development.
We are a family. We know our players by name, we remember their journey, and we invest in their long-term development — not just the week they’re with us.
We open doors to Hamburg and RC Lens — real professional club environments. We identify talent honestly and follow up with genuine opportunities.
Every dollar we don’t spend on billboards and glossy brochures goes directly into finding and paying the best coaches available. That’s the investment that matters.
We are genuinely interested in where your player ends up — not just this summer. Players like Chibby, Tobias, and Noah are proof of what that commitment looks like in practice.
What We Don’t Offer
We will never tell you your child will become a professional soccer player. Anyone who does is lying. What we offer is the best possible preparation for wherever the game takes them.
We don’t fly players to European cities for photo opportunities with famous club logos in the background. That’s not development — that’s a souvenir. We offer real training.
We don’t organize showcase events designed to make parents feel their child is being scouted when they’re not. Every scouting evaluation we offer is real and conducted by coaches who can act on what they see.
You are not paying for our Instagram following, our YouTube channel, or our celebrity endorsements. You’re paying for coaching — and that’s exactly where your money goes.
When we say “European pathway” we mean a specific program with a specific club and a specific coach who knows your player’s name. Not a brochure. Not a website. A real door.
Four Things We Will Always Do
If your player needs to work on something specific, we will tell you — clearly and respectfully. If they have genuine potential, we will tell you that too. You deserve honest information to make good decisions.
Our relationship doesn’t end when camp week ends. We follow up, we remember, we check in. When an opportunity comes up that fits a player we know, we reach out. That’s the difference between a camp and a community.
Every TM17pro coach holds a UEFA license. We don’t cut corners here. We would rather run fewer camps with better coaches than more camps with average ones.
Our European programs are genuine. Hamburg. RC Lens. Goalkeeper intensives with Leon Bätge — a former Bundesliga professional. These are real opportunities, not marketing language.
This Is What a Long-Term Relationship Looks Like
These aren’t marketing testimonials. These are players we know by name — players whose journeys we have been part of from the beginning.

Attended his first TM17pro program in Germany — experienced the DFB training methodology firsthand for the first time.
Came back. Because he saw real improvement and trusted the process — not because of a marketing campaign.
Returned a third time — deepening his development, building on what came before.
After three programs, Chibby made the decision to come to Germany for a full school year. Not because we sold him on it — because he trusted us and was ready.

We found Tobias at one of our scouting days in Toronto. Our coaches saw something genuine and made sure he knew there was a path forward.
Attended the TM17pro camp in Augusta. First taste of the full camp format — training, feedback, community.
Made the trip to Hamburg for the first time. Trained in Germany with European-level coaching. The door opened.
Tobias is returning to Hamburg for our long-term residency program. A scouting day in Toronto turned into a real European development pathway.

Noah attended our scouting day in Augusta. His goalkeeper ability caught the attention of our coaching staff immediately.
Invited to Hamburg for dedicated goalkeeper training with Leon Bätge — a former Eintracht Frankfurt professional and our Director of Coaching. Not a camp. A personal invitation.
Noah is returning to Hamburg for 17 days of intensive goalkeeper training — with direct exposure to real German professional clubs. This is what a real pathway looks like.
The Pathway Is Real.
Here’s How It Opens.
Every player’s journey is different. But the structure is always the same — honest evaluation, genuine relationship, real opportunity.
A TM17pro summer camp or scouting event is where it starts. Our coaches evaluate every player with the same honest eye — regardless of age, current level, or background.
After camp we provide real feedback. If we see genuine potential and commitment, we stay in touch. We don’t forget players. That relationship is the foundation of everything that comes next.
Players who demonstrate the right combination of ability, attitude, and commitment receive invitations to our Hamburg or RC Lens programs. Real training. Real clubs. Real exposure.
We Invest in Coaches. Not Marketing.
This is a deliberate choice. The best coaching experience requires the best coaches — and that costs money. We’d rather spend it there than on a bigger Instagram following.
Not some coaches. Not most coaches. Every TM17pro coach holds a UEFA license. That is a non-negotiable standard.
Our coaches are familiar with German professional academy methodology — from inside, not from a textbook. That knowledge is what they bring to your player.
Max 20 players. Our coaches know every player’s name, position, and the specific technical habit limiting their game. That level of attention is the whole point.
Leon Bätge — former Eintracht Frankfurt goalkeeper, trained under Bundesliga-level GK coaches — personally runs our goalkeeper programs. That’s a different standard entirely.
A Complete Ecosystem.
For Serious Players.
TM17pro is more than summer camps. For players ready to take the next step, we have built a complete infrastructure around player development — including a specialized goalkeeper academy and a licensed soccer agency.
We run a dedicated goalkeeper academy in Germany — built specifically for serious goalkeepers who want to develop at European standard. Under the direction of Leon Bätge, a former professional goalkeeper trained at Eintracht Frankfurt under Bundesliga-level GK coaches, our goalkeeper programs offer a level of specialist attention that simply doesn’t exist in the US market. Small groups. Individual focus. Real German club exposure — from the fifth Bundesliga all the way to the first Bundesliga through our network.
Our CEO holds a FIFA agent license. This is not a side project — it is a deliberate part of how we serve players who are ready to make the transition from development to professional opportunity. For players who reach that level through our programs, we have the license, the network, and the relationships to help them navigate what comes next. Our soccer network in Germany spans the entire professional pyramid — from the fifth Bundesliga through to the first Bundesliga. That is the kind of access that changes careers.
This Is What We Stand For.
Come Train With Us.
No promises we can’t keep. No marketing we don’t believe in. Just excellent coaching, honest feedback, and a genuine commitment to your player’s long-term development.
