This house has had a soccer player in it for 50 consecutive years.

Marion Dieseler — co-founder of TM17pro — grew up between these walls. The players who came before you trained at the same clubs, ran the same streets, and learned the same game. When you live here, you’re part of something that started long before you arrived.

The Caretaker

A Soccer Mum From Toronto.

The boarding house caretaker isn’t a hotel manager or a property supervisor. She’s a soccer mum from Toronto — someone who understands exactly what it means to watch your child chase a football dream far from home. She lives in the house. She is there.

Her son is Tobias — a goalkeeper with genuine world-class talent. He’s playing in Hamburg alongside the residents of the boarding house. When you live here, you don’t just share a roof with a caretaker. You share it with a player who is on the same journey you are.

That combination — a mother who gets it, and a son who lives it — makes the boarding house something that no other soccer program in Germany can offer.
